Eagle, Globe and Anchor Brotherhood Association is  a non-profit organization, registered with the IRS. 

Welcome to the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA), a lifelong Brotherhood of United States Marines united by the values of Honor, Courage, Commitment, fellowship, and Esprit de Corps. EGABA is more than an organization—it is a place where Marines reconnect, support one another, share experiences, and preserve the unbreakable bonds forged through military service.

Our members come from every corner of the Marine Corps. We represent every rank, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), duty station, generation, and background. Whether Active Duty, Reserve, Retired, or Veteran, officer or enlisted, we are united by one title that will never change—United States Marine.

EGABA was established for Marines who miss the camaraderie, trust, and unique bond that exists only among those who have earned the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. Here, Marines can once again experience the fellowship, friendship, and sense of belonging that defined their service in the Corps.

Within EGABA, every member is treated with dignity, respect, fairness, and honor. There is no distinction based upon rank, occupation, assignment, or years of service. Once we enter this Brotherhood, we stand together as equals, united by our shared experiences and our commitment to one another.

No member will ever be made to feel excluded, overlooked, or unwelcome. Every Marine has a place within EGABA, and every Marine's service and sacrifice are valued and respected.

The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association exists to strengthen the lifelong bonds of Marine Corps brotherhood, support Marines during life's challenges, preserve the traditions of our Corps, and ensure that no Marine ever stands alone.

The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA) is committed to providing an environment of dignity, respect, fairness, and equal opportunity for all individuals.

Nothing in this policy shall prevent EGABA from maintaining membership eligibility requirements that are consistent with its mission as a private nonprofit association established to support United States Marines and approved Honorary Members, provided those requirements comply with all applicable laws.

Every member shares the responsibility of promoting an inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and retaliation. Any concerns regarding violations of this policy should be reported to the President or the Executive Board of Trustees for review and appropriate action.

At EGABA, we are united not by our differences, but by our shared commitment to serving one another, preserving the traditions of the Marine Corps, and strengthening the lifelong bonds of the Brotherhood.
