The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA) proudly hosts an annual fellowship event for all members. This gathering is one of the Association's most important traditions and serves as an opportunity to strengthen the lifelong bonds of Marine Corps brotherhood through fellowship, camaraderie, and shared experiences.

The purpose of this annual event is to promote the true meaning of Esprit de Corps by fostering pride, unity, mutual respect, and the common loyalty shared by every member of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association. It is a time for Marines and honorary members to reconnect, build new friendships, encourage one another, and celebrate the enduring bond created by earning the title United States Marine.

Our annual gathering reflects the spirit and purpose of EGABA by bringing together Marines and honorary members from across the country in an atmosphere of fellowship, support, laughter, and renewed commitment to one another. Through this shared experience, we continue to strengthen our Brotherhood and inspire enthusiasm, devotion, and lifelong commitment to the values of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.

EGABA Members... Just Get There—We've Got the Rest!

The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA) welcomes invited guests to attend designated Association events. Guest attendance is intended to introduce prospective members and allow family members and invited guests to experience the fellowship and traditions of EGABA while supporting the success of Association-sponsored events.

All event fees are established by the Executive Board of Trustees (EBOT) and are subject to change based upon the cost and scope of each event.

Unless otherwise approved by the Executive Board of Trustees, the following fees shall apply:

• $50.00 per day (lodging not included).
• $200.00 per event (includes lodging, when applicable).

• $75.00 per event (without lodging).
• $150.00 per event (includes lodging, when applicable).

Event fees may be adjusted by the Executive Board of Trustees when necessary to reflect actual event costs.

A United States Marine who is not a member of EGABA may attend one (1) Annual Fellowship Event as an invited guest.

Following attendance at the event, the Marine shall decide whether to pursue membership in the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association. The Association's Annual Fellowship Event is intended to introduce prospective members to the Brotherhood and is not intended for repeated participation by non-members.

Except under extraordinary circumstances approved by the Executive Board of Trustees, a non-member Marine shall not attend multiple Annual Fellowship Events without becoming a member of EGABA.

All EGABA events are by invitation only.

Members who wish to invite guests are required to notify the Event Planner before the published registration deadline.

The Event Planner shall establish and communicate the guest registration deadline for each event.

For planning, budgeting, lodging, and logistical purposes, no unregistered guests or visitors shall be permitted to attend an official EGABA event without prior approval from the Event Planner or the Executive Board of Trustees.

All members are expected to comply with these procedures to ensure successful event planning and execution.

EGABA believes in the principle that:

"Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance."

As part of its commitment to service and community support, EGABA may dedicate a portion of its general operating funds to charitable causes, veteran assistance programs, scholarships, community outreach initiatives, or other approved charitable activities consistent with the Association's mission.

The Executive Board of Trustees shall determine the amount and recipients of charitable contributions after considering recommendations and input from the membership.

All donations, fundraising proceeds, sponsorships, grants, and financial contributions received by EGABA shall be deposited into the Association's official bank account and properly recorded by the Treasurer.

Unless specifically designated by the donor for a particular purpose, all unrestricted donations shall become the property of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association and may be used in support of the Association's mission, programs, operations, and long-term objectives.

Donations specifically designated for the EGABA Headquarters Building Fund or any other approved special project shall be deposited into the Association's official bank account and accounted for separately to ensure that those funds are used exclusively for their intended purpose.

The Treasurer shall maintain accurate financial records of all donations and fundraising proceeds and shall report those funds to the Executive Board of Trustees and the membership as part of the Association's regular financial reporting process.

The responsible stewardship of charitable contributions reflects EGABA's commitment to integrity, accountability, transparency, and faithful service to its members and the communities we serve.
