Executive Board of Trustees (EBOT)

To ensure the continued growth, stability, and long-term success of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA), the organization has established a governing body known as the Executive Board of Trustees (EBOT).

The EBOT serves as the governing and oversight body responsible for preserving the mission, vision, values, and continuity of EGABA. Its purpose is to provide strategic leadership, organizational accountability, and sound governance while ensuring that the Association remains committed to serving its members with integrity and excellence.

The Executive Board of Trustees consists of thirteen (13) members, including the President, Vice President, Administrator, Historian, Treasurer, Master-at-Arms, Chaplain, and Lifetime Members who have been selected to serve on the Board. The Board will always maintain a total membership of thirteen trustees to ensure balanced leadership and continuity.

The EBOT is empowered to oversee all phases of EGABA's operations and to act on matters that are in the best interests of the Association. The Board is responsible for establishing policies, providing financial oversight, supporting strategic planning, safeguarding organizational assets, and ensuring that all decisions align with EGABA's mission of promoting fellowship, service, and lifelong support among Marines.

Guided by the principles of honor, courage, commitment, accountability, and service, the Executive Board of Trustees is dedicated to preserving the legacy of EGABA while preparing the organization for future generations of Marines.

The Executive Board of Trustees stands as the guardians of EGABA's mission, ensuring that the Association remains strong, united, and committed to the Marines it serves.
