All Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association (EGABA) meetings are conducted under the authority and at the discretion of the EGABA President. The President has the authority to schedule, postpone, cancel, or reschedule any meeting when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Association.

Unless otherwise announced, all official EGABA meetings will be conducted virtually using the Zoom platform. Prior to each scheduled meeting, the EGABA President will provide all members with meeting notifications, invitations, and any relevant information necessary to participate.

The Executive Board of Trustees (EBOT) shall hold twelve (12) meetings annually, typically on the last Sunday of each month, unless otherwise directed by the EGABA President.

The purpose of the monthly EBOT meeting is to govern the affairs of the Association, provide strategic leadership, and oversee all phases of EGABA operations.

During these meetings, the Board shall review and discuss matters including, but not limited to:

• Organizational goals and objectives
• Membership matters
• Annual events and activities
• Financial reports and budgets
• Policies, rules, and procedures
• Community outreach initiatives
• Member concerns and recommendations
• Long-term planning and organizational development

The Executive Board of Trustees shall present appropriate reports, recommendations, and progress updates to the general membership during the monthly All-Hands Meetings for discussion, member input, implementation, and follow-up.

The EGABA President may call an Emergency Executive Board of Trustees Meeting whenever circumstances require immediate action.

A quorum for an Emergency EBOT Meeting shall consist of at least seven (7) of the thirteen (13) Executive Board of Trustees members before official business may be conducted.

Attendance at Executive Board of Trustees meetings is expected of all EBOT members.

Board members should make every reasonable effort to attend each scheduled meeting and actively participate in the governance and leadership of the Association. Members who are unable to attend should notify the President or Administrator in advance whenever possible.

EGABA shall conduct eleven (11) All-Hands Meetings each year, typically on the last Thursday of each month, with no meeting scheduled during the month of June, unless otherwise directed by the President.

The purpose of the All-Hands Meeting is to strengthen fellowship among members while conducting the official business of the Association.

These meetings provide an opportunity to:

• Receive reports from the Executive Board of Trustees.
• Discuss Association business and upcoming events.
• Present new ideas and recommendations.
• Address member concerns and questions.
• Promote fellowship, communication, and organizational unity.

Every member is encouraged to contribute to the continued success of EGABA by sharing ideas, suggestions, concerns, and recommendations that advance the mission and objectives of the Association.

Meetings shall be conducted in an orderly, respectful, and professional manner while maintaining an open forum where every member has the opportunity to be heard.

All members are strongly encouraged to attend every All-Hands Meeting.

Consistent participation strengthens communication, promotes fellowship, and ensures that members remain informed about the goals, activities, and direction of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor Brotherhood Association.

Regular attendance reflects each member's commitment to the Brotherhood and helps preserve the unity and Esprit de Corps upon which EGABA is founded.
